the joy of being a dog...

I just love this picture. It really makes me smile. It reminds me of O'Reilly. He was a serious adrenaline junky! I would pick him up at dog park and spin around in circles while holding him until I could spin no mores! Then I'd put him down and he'd be all disoriented and then would come back to me as if to say "Do it again Mom!" Ask anyone who saw it at dog park - he loved it!

Here he is with his Posse at the DP!

I'll always love you Bubby. In your not quite 2 years of life you changed my life forever!
I am forever grateful to God for you.
And yes, I still miss you terribly.

It's hard to forget any of them, but some do make a deeper impression in our hearts.

Lively happy dog pics as Bunnygirl said over at Yowley's place "Love doesn't go away, it expands".

Ahhh, looks like he had such fun at the park! I can't believe he let you pick him up though....Nala wants nothing to do with people picking her up. In fact, a friend who loves dogs was trying to be playful with her but she isn't around him often at all. He picked up the front part of her body and she scrambled to get away and hid under the table. She wouldn't go near him the rest of the night....he felt horrible but learned his lesson to take it slow with her and to not "man-handle" her. :) Thanks for sharing the O'Reilly pics! :)
